Deposits & reserving
You don't pay anything when you submit a request. We confirm availability first, then send deposit instructions — usually about 50% of your total. Your date is officially reserved once the deposit is received, and the balance is due at pickup.
Timing
Every cake is made fresh for your event. We recommend at least 24 hours' notice, but last-minute requests are always welcome — we'll let you know quickly if we can make it happen.
